Support for Reading wide Youthwork:

RCYWN Prayer: meets in St Laurence Church every Thursday morning from 8-9am to pray. RCYWN is the Reading Christian Youth Workers Network, and consists of nearly 20 part-time and full-time youth workers across the town. We offer one another support, advice and friendship through the weekly prayer meeting. RCYWN also runs an annual young leaders training course and four UNITE (large youth worship) events each year.

Body Rocks: meets is St Laurence Church and aims to work with young people from CRED (Creative Education) to teach them aerobics, dancing and instructing techniques for the apprentices. CRED runs an alternative year 11 for students who find it difficult to access main stream education.

Teenage Parents: meets in St Laurence Church and aims to work with Readings teenage parents. Offering them ongong support and advie through weekly groups, baby clinics, dance classes and heath visitors.
